Level 1 Grill RestaurantThe middle level of Manly Greenhouse introduces a brand-new concept for the beach side destination, a refined, casual yet elegant restaurant where the menu centres around a wood and charcoal fired grill. The menu features highlights of Cape Grim sirloin and wood-fired Skull Island prawns. To complement the offering, Lofi Wines co-founder James Audas (Noma, Tetsuya’s, Silvereye) has created a unique wine list, led by natural varieties and wines on tap.
